Is there an area of your task management processes that could use fresh thinking or overhaul?
I'm thinking once again that it would be useful if we could talk more, perhaps more big picture/philosophically, about our processes and how we use MLO to its best effect to solve problems in different ways. I will admit I have two ulterior motives: (1) I'm feeling a little stuck in some of my processes and always do better when I rework my system a bit at these times; and (2) though I have not been actively working on my conceived and barely-started MLO book the last couple of months, its structure is forming in my head and I've been saving away lots of info to organize into it when I can. But I'm realizing it's going to be a while before I can finish that process, and since Danny has created the wiki, now we have a place to easily collect this information less formally. (Even if both projects are wildly successful, I think they will be an excellent complement to each other.) I'm going to arbitrarily invent a subject tag for these type of discussions, "Process:", to complement the ones we already use (Android, Windows, etc.). It's not perfect, so if you come up with a better one, feel free to begin using it :-) (Disclaimer: my time is stretched quite thin right now, so I won't always be able to participate in the discussions, and I know others are in the same boat. If you start a thread and get few responses, don't take it personally – repost after a week or so and you'll probably get more, or try changing it to be more or less specific, depending on the question). -- Lisa ------------------------------ Lisa Stroyan, mailto: lstro...@gmail.com <lstro...@gmail.com> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
