I think hotkey is what you need. Use Ctrl+Shift+Insert to add a folder. You can check/edit your hotkey settings at: Tools->Options->Hotkeys. Also, one of our users created the page for MLO on ShortcutWorld.com : https://shortcutworld.com/MyLifeOrganized/win/MyLifeOrganized_Shortcuts
