I too miss this function.

I have found a way to uncomplete all subtasks. (Thanks to Dwight who also 
suggested this method when I queried the missing menu options.) You need to 
make the main task as recurring. In the Advanced Settings for recurring, 
ensure that it does not make a new task when completed.

Then, when you check the main task, all the subtasks are cleared.

You may find the task checkbox is red. If you want it white, you can change 
the start date to some time in the future.

I was unable to find a way to complete all subtasks in the new version.

Perhaps the old menu options will be restored in the future.
