Hello Philip,

If you want to synchronise with the file on two separate desktops, then 
make sure you have it set on your Android to "Use Local Version" if an item 
is changed on both sides. That way, you're using your phone to transfer 
edits between your two PCs and the only items that risk being overwritten 
are any that have been edited on more than one device before 
synchronisation.

I actually use an iPad with a single laptop PC. In that configuration, I 
don't ever have to unpair and repair; I just type in the new IP address on 
the iPad and get prompted to enter a pass code on the PC.
