I'm using MLO version 4.1.0 and I've just tested your bug report. I don't
see that problem. Were you restarting the whole PC, or just quitting and
restarting MLO?

Just MLO. And it happens not just during quit/restart, but sometime if
MLO is in the background. I've email support on this as well. I am
running it on a Mac via Parallels 8 VM.

I have same problem and I already reported it maybe twice. Still not corrected.
From my experience it occurs when I sync to cloud in android device and then
when I sync to pc.
It is a big problem for me.

Actually, I am finding the start date slider is loosing it's setting very
randomly, not just on quiting/restarting (although that is reproducible
every time).
Something with that slider. The due date and weekly goal sliders stay
put
