And I'm talking about using it for personal task management at work, not
project management. MLO is something that my supervisor, if she knew what
it did, would have probably jumped on immediately.

The fact that your IT folks are even asking indicates a forward thinking
group. I know many companies consider cost but I can't tell you how many
times I've thought how great it would be if my office would use something
like MLO. It would take us out of the dark age of task management. If only.
Just MLO. And it happens not just during quit/restart, but sometime if
MLO is in the background. I've email support on this as well. I am
running it on a Mac via Parallels 8 VM.

Thanks to both of you, for the information and for the pricing.

I really like this software. I'd like to continue using it on a USB stick
at work. However, my IT folks asked where the software has been developed
and where MLO Inc. (if there is such a thing) is located? Those seemed
simple questions but I can't seem to find an answer on line. The web sit
Hello Brian,
I'm using MLO version 4.1.0 and I've just tested your bug report. I don't
see that problem. Were you restarting the whole PC, or just quitting and
restarting MLO?

Joe, thanks for this tip, it sounds exactly like what I would want to use. I
got stopped, though, by the price. For those who have not been to the
vendor's website yet, there's a free version but its limited to doing 100
things per month, or about 3 task-worthy emails per day. I am running more

I use Zapier ( https://zapier.com/ ) to automate this.
I have a Zap that automatically triggers when I set a self-created Gmail
