Thanks for the advice. I gave it a crack this morning. Nook HD+ doesn't
give you access to the setting to do this. I downloaded an app that was
supposed to let me change the setting but it didn't work.

I think the lack of hot key support should be considered a bug, but even
when that is fixed I really think MLO should support full functionality in
its additional windows. I created this uservoice for that:
