Another workaround would be to insert a link in the Task Note. See 5.1.7.1
on page 35 of the manual.

Is there a way to apply the importance and urgency scores so that the
importance or urgency of a goal and/or project is reflected in the to do
list?

A kludge, maybe?
Use a silent *wav *file as the default reminder sound in your *C:\Program
Files (x86)\MyLifeOrganized.net\MLO\Sound* folder?
Use a batch file to toggle sound on and off by renaming *mloReminder.wav *and
*silent.wav *appropriately.

What about:
creating a new workspace tab
setting up the filters you want
right click on workspace tab
"Set as default for this tab"
right click on workspace tab
"Lock default in this tab "
right click on workspace tab
"Pin this tab"
Right clicking on the workspace tab will let you assign an icon,
label: Text that shows in Task Preview mode in the Task Properties pane.
Local Thought URL: Link address to the thought in TheBrain.
The steps to achieve this are left to the student.

I am trying to marry MLO with TheBrain. Both generate links to tasks and
thoughts respectively.
I am able to generate a link to a task
(mlo://G:\MLO\mytasks.ml?{009CC443-9681-4A1E-973A-0538C29E6C2C}) in MLO and
use it in TheBrain.
However, MLO Task Notes does not execute a link generated by
Thanks for the reply. That sounds like a job for a macro. I will keep it in
mind.
I am able to make the link work in MLO by adding the markdown edits [ ]( )
like so:

I wonder if they would be interested in one for MLO?

I am having this bug. It cannot be bypassed by using the calendar function
in the timing and reminder section. Using the calendar in the start date or
due date column in the main view gives the correct input. Using the
recurrence window in the timing and reminder section to set the dates, then
