[MLO] Inherit tag or text tag

2020-12-12 Thread arnyeinstein
Hi
Is it possible to let new tasks inherit the tag / text tag of the parent?

Background: I want to make a view on my tablet that shows the next actions
of the projects in a folder called "IOT". I tried to set a condition based
on the folder name, but that doesn't show the next actions, so I added a
text tag and filter based on the text tab "IOT".
However, if I add a new task, I have to add the text tag every time
otherwise it will not be shown.
Perhaps there is an easier way to get this view without using (text) tags?

Cheers

Re: [MLO] Structure of outline after cloud sync different on android

2018-05-28 Thread arnyeinstein

No. But I just synced and had now the same structure on my Desktop
(everything below “Inbox” and main folders gone).

Then I put back the folders and structured the projects as it was on the
Desktop, synced and now everything is fine.

No idea what happened.

[MLO] Structure of outline after cloud sync different on android

2018-05-24 Thread arnyeinstein
Hi

I have the following in MLO 5 on my windows desktop

   -
   - Work (folder)
   - Projects (folder)
 - ProjectA (folder)
- SubProject1 (project)
- SubProject2 (project)
 - Actions
   - Private (folder)
  - Projects (folder)
 - Project C (folder)
- SubpProject1
 - etc.
  - Actions

After syncing on my android cell phone, I get this structure

   -
  - Projects
 - ProjectA
 - ProjectB
  - Projects
 - ProjectC
  - Actions

So, everything is below "Inbox" and the top folders "Work" and "Private"
are removed.

Is this intended or just a bug?

Cheers

[MLO] Repetitive task

Hi
Is it possible to have a task that has to be repeated n times without copy
the task itself n times?

For example, I want to read the 15 chapters of a book. Instead of having 15

every time I finish a chapter.
There is no deadline for this task.

[MLO] Sorting not correct

2013-04-15 Thread arnyeinstein
Hi

I have a view with all my starred items and I sort as follows:
- due date ascending
- urgency descending
- importance descending

However, in my view I see two tasks in the following order (which should be
the other way around).

task1 , no due date, importance less, urgency more
task2, no due date, importance max, urgency more

Is there something I am missing
