I agree that solution 3 may be the best one. It would be great to see it
implemented.
As to 'at Home' etc. - I have these contexts with coordinates added, I just
haven't checked 'notify me when I arrive' for them. Thanks to that MLO
knows when I'm at home and can easily display

As to the number of people using nearby notification feature: I think it
might have been greater at first, but constantly bothering notifications
quickly made the users switch it off. In general, this seems very nice to
be notified only when you enter
