[MLO] Start Date from the Filter Pane

Hello. How exactly setting "Start Date" from the Filter Pane influences on the urgency of a task (in To-Do view)? The urgency automatically changes but I can't find any details for that in the MLO manual. Built-in views ("Start date in next 7 days" and "Start date in next 30 days") uses it.

Alyona, you mean that in the manual's section "Date dependant weights / If Due Date and no Start Date" the first string is "Remaining = now - DueDate". For the case when "Start Date from the Filter Pane" is not set then this string is equal to "Remaining = Today - DueDate". But if I set
