I just purchased MLO, all three platforms so I can synchronize over the
cloud. Unfortunately, MLO does not recognize my e-mail address. It is
the exact same e-mail address that I signed up with and was billed. Even
when I tried to change my e-mail address, MLO does not recognize it. Any
help would be greatly appreciated. I hate to cancel this service but if I
can't use it across my devices I won't have a choice.
