I'm useing MySql 3.23.33 for unknown-freebsdelf4.2
when i trt to select anything from command line
mysql select * from base.table where name like '%%';
i resieve many unuseful results (all DB)
it happends with diferent words
it does not matter in what kind of encoding i do this

I'm newbie in mysql servers. I have a strange problem, when i try to select
anythik written on Bulgarian (windows-1251) I recieve a unexpected results,
some letters are unacceptable lice a (BG) or 'n' and 'm' and the server miss
them.
Do you have any ideas
