In the file my.ini i need to write new group for mysqld2.
1) Do i need to change the name of mysqld itself (to mysqld2)?
2) On Windows, is it enough that the port will be different between the
servers, or there is something else need t

I installed mysql 3.23.41 on windows 2000
and in the scripts directory that created after the unzip i don't have the
scripts
"mysqlaccess" and mysql_install_db".
The manual mentioned that they should be there.
So where are they?
