mysqldump database name >filename.sql
where database name is the name of the database to dump and filename.sql is
the file to dump it into including a valid pathname..
it will dump everything into the text file as valid mysql statements that
will let you run the script again.. actually when yo

Without your_table, the whole database is dumped.
If security setting (privilege system) is set up correctly, you will
have to log in, let's say as superuser:
mysqldump -u superuser -p your
