Instead of using only mysql_query() you can use sprintf() and
mysql_query()
like this.
sprintf(strquery, "INSERT INTO pending(mbmid, pw_name,pw_domain)
VALUES('%s', '%s', '%s')",
mbmID, Uname, Udomain);
mysql_query(my_connection, strquery);
