Try using myODBC from mySQL, it is an ODBC driver. Use Generic ODBC driver
in listing of visio drivers, then choose the setup option to pick the
specific driver for myODBC.
It will work for reverse engineering but have been unsuccessful in getting
it to work generating a database.
