Someone just asked this on the list, and another person answered -- MySQL recommends a 'gradual upgrade' -- http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/4.1/en/upgrade.html It all depends on what code is running against your database, etc. Read the upgrade section, it will help you devise a plan to figure out
