This error is generated sometimes when opening a page ,and immediately
after refreshing the page, error gone.
Can you please help me to troubleshoot this issue, so that above error

Comment out the body of the _restore_connection_defaults in php_mysql.c
file in PHP. Recompile, etc. Or dont use persistent connections. Should
be fixed in PHP 4.3.
