In the "Video Mode Settings", there is an option to set "Overrides for
specific video sizes". Nothing I set under here seems to have any
effect.
I have it set to use 1366x768 @ 60Hz for the GUI and 1024x768 @ 75Hz for
video output in general. This works. I want to match NTSC

I have the same problem. When I copied over database from my previous
installation that had MythWeather installed to a new installation that
did not have MythWeather, the code fails because database indicates that
MythWeather exists but it does not.
This was fixed with the following

This has solved the same problem for me in Lucid.
Using a Leadtek Winfast PxDVR3200H which uses the Xceive tuner and thus
requires the xc3028 firmware.
