not work.

$ mode2 -d /dev/lirc0 # gives output
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure lirc # Windows Media Center Transceivers/Remotes (all)

$ sudo systemctl status lirc
● lirc.ser
I can confirm the issue on Ubuntu 18.04 Server.
If there is a fixed upstream version, what is needed to see an updated package
in Ubuntu?

Normally when initiating a restart mythtv (mythfrontend/mythwelcome)
shuts down the system fast and clean. But restarting (from mythfrontend)
the system needs several minutes to shutdown.

I have to do nothing. Mythtv gets the metadata by it's own. There is no

I can confirm the issue. Perhaps it has something to do with an ID which
only exists on IMDB but not on TMDB?!? Has got someone an Idea how to
reproduce the crash. So that someone can have a look at the tmdb3.py
script.

Nearly every time I mark a video as watched and immedately after that do
scan for changes the frontend crashes.
I should mention that there is an active filter (watched=no) when I mark
the video as watched and start a scan for changes. (I don't know if that
counts.)
Let me
mythlogserver crashes on on frontend-mythbuntobox and on front-/backend-
mythbuntubox, and it does unpredictable. Perhaps there is some hint in
the mythfrontend.log (see attachment).

function I can ignore it. But in my opinion it should be a warning
instead of an error. In my case there is no nvidia card in the mythtv-

Yes it does. For example a file like "Singen ist schön.avi" will be like
this "Singen_ist_sch_n.avi". When there is more then one special german
character it gets more difficult get back the real meaning.

The job runs and finishes correctly, if mythshutdown does not shutdown
