I used the cheapest 802.11g products available on the market without major issues both PCI and USB. Although, I used the NDISwrapper to get them working. I have no complaints. On 12/8/05,

I just got done installing mythtv on the xbox using the xebian distro.
Hopefully, this will help you:

Here is a twiki page I started as an installation guide for mythtv frontend on a xbox using the xebian distribution as the base. It is very simple right now. Feel free to contribute to the guide since it is in twiki format.

Yes, mythbackend can stream to multiple mythfrontends. Say you have a
backend which has tuner cards, you can then watch tv on a frontend
which can be seperate from the backend meaning on another computer, if
that computer has the frontend software installed and configured.

Thanks for the link, it hinted at some missing some sources in my apt sources, putting those in made my dependency problems go away, myth seems to be working fine now, but my homebrewed wireless-to-lan gateway laptop now crashes :)

Have anyone successfully running mythfrontend on xbox??
I recently installed linux on my xbox. The distribution was
xebian. Of course the next thing I want to do is install
mythfrontend. Simply doing an apt-get on the mythfrontend
packages results in a nighmarish dependency hell issue. Any easy
keeps going. Does anyone else have
this working over a wireless lan? Thanks for any input

I have bought various cheapo Wireless 802.11g PCI cards (less than $20) over the past couple years:

There are many ways to do this. However, I don't find any of them

I started on a project to develop a plugin that will do the simple

I don't know about live TV (someone else can answer that question),
but all your recordings are accessible from the frontends. The way it
works is that the frontend accesses the db from the backends through
the network. Then it accesses the recording files through a nfs

I think the frontend writes to stdout and is pretty verbose about it.
