tigerdirect.com has the Maxtor DiamondMax 10 300GB 7200rpm 16MB buffer for $89.99 after rebate. They have both the SATA and IDE drives. As for rebates I have only had a problem with a few, but since I keep track of all of them and most have web statuses I have taken care of them. I did miss
