Hi David, You have 30 files of 250 MB, that is ~ 8BG of data.. I think 4 GB of RAM should be enough to process that. Of course, it depends on your parameter settings - e.g. if you set the noise level too low, it will generate too many noise peaks and you may run out of memory. Using centroided
