I am Shenhung. I solved the problem when I installed the Java 8 JDK (instead of
JRE).
The MZmine-2.13.1 can work on my mac now.

Recent versions of MZmine require Java version 7 or newer. Although you said
your Java is version 8, actually MZmine is started with Java runtime version 6
(see the line that says java version "1.6.0_65").
You probably have several versions of Java installed on your Mac.
