I have just setup Nagios on Mandriva 2006. I'm not a linux person

However, its up and working, with one (or poss more) problem.

Hi all
I installed NSClient on a system that had before NSClient 2.0.1.
Actually I need to remove both of them, but I do not know how do about

I need to clean the situation to install only NSClient 2.0.1

Have a look in c:\nsclient++\docs\index.html

Hi Janet,
I am looking for a plug-in that will run a query against an oracle

I have found plugins that search for specific things -- like tablespace,

Surely this plugin exists somewhere?!?!

A recent fedora 4 rpm update seems to have broken my gd2 images on the

gd2 images are where they are supposed to be.

Hello,
Is it true that Nagios 2.* doesn't support MySQL anymore?
I would like to set up Nagios and have it store its status and possibly
it's configuration in a database (and read its config from the database).
Is this still possible, or can anyone recommand a plugin or add-on which
works

I usually define HSRP as a child of the two parent routers that are
participating.
Both routers have to be down before the HSRP is marked unreachable.
Devices behind those routers can then use the HSRP object as their parent.
In cases where the HSRP address is closer to the Nagios server,
