Nagios 3.2.3: I'm wondering if Nagios subjects retries on a check failure to
the limit set by the max_concurrent_checks parameter in nagios.cfg. My sense
is that max_concurrent_checks only applies to checks done during the normal
check interval. Does anyone know for sure if that is true?

We use SMS for Windows distributions and in our Linux world, we use Stratacache
Omnicast.
We deploy almost daily to 1000's of Linux boxes using Omnicast with almost
100% success. Best sw delivery method I have ever used.

I rebooted the system, because the process was killed but the socket
wasn't closed.
