Hi list,
I used to monitor Windows Server 2003 DHCP service through this:
check_nt_proc!r0ci0!svchost.exe -k DHCPServer!
How can I do the same in 2008 R2?
Best regards,

Hi,
Trialing check_mk plugin as I was 2 nagios boxes in 1 web interface.
I have it set up on a test box (but I used OMD for install of everything)
Anyhow I have added my Windows 7 laptop to the main.mk file, installed the
agent and checked the service is running.
and then I run check_mk -I
Why use check_nt still? Use NRPE
check_nt!SERVICESTATE!-d SHOWALL -l DHCPServer
or
check_nrpe!CheckServiceState -a DHCPServer

Hello,
You're right. I've discovered that way (first one you mentioned) and was
able to configure it correctly.
Thanks,
Bruno

Using check_wmi_plus, as well as monitoring the dhcp service (like -m
checkservice -a dhcp)
you can also monitor various DHCP related stats
There is an example here
