Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can set this up? If I could
just override notification timings in servicegroup descriptions, I think
this would be the answer, but I'm almost certain that isn't possible.
Any help would be greatly appreciate
scalations for groups of services without entering a huge
line of service descriptions (which will probably be very long)?
Thanks,

would just like to be able to choose the set of
escalations used, based upon which template the service uses. Is this
possible?
I apologise if this is confusing to follow, I'm happy to elaborate if
people aren't sure what I'm on about!
