To compile MySQLPerf plugin i just did it:
- compile the nagios plugins
$ tar -zxvf nagios-plugins-1.4.13.tar.gz
$ cd nagios-plugins-1.4.13
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/nagios --with-nagios-user=nagios
--with-nagios-group=nagios --with-cgiurl=/nagios/cgi-bin
$pwd
/usr/local/s

All this big mess started because I need the MySQLPerf plugin, whitch is
a really cool plugin, but it needs the
source of the official plugin.
The version I am compiling is the 1.4.13 and by running the config I got
quite a few (WARNINGS):
