This file is also removed automatically, before I start ndo, It doesn't
exists.
Before this crash , all works like a charm. Do you think I really need
to upgrade ?

I risolve the same problem using this method:
stop ndo and nagios
deleting the file ndo.sock on nagios/var directory
Start ndo and nagios

The unix socket ndo.sock is removed automatically when I stop ndo.
