After setting the debug_level of ndo2db to the highest and most verbose
output, nothing seemed related to this situation,
only bulk SQL commands in the debug file

I have investigated syslogs on the hosting system,
but no clue about the dead of ndo2db was found.
Nagios 3.1.2, NDOUtils 1.4b8 and MySQL 5.0.67 are built from empty,
therefore there should be no upgrading issue
