I will like to increase the space between each device and the icon size of
each device on the nagios status map. Could anyone advice on how to go about
doing this?
I am running nagios 3.2

There is a patch in nagiosexchange for the statusmap that will change the
color of the green round circle to yellow = warning
red = critical if one of the service states has changed. the only downside
if you do parents / child's connections the circle disappear

white, and other i have a ? icon. I already set all the *_image
directive into hostextinfo definitions to use the same image, like this:

A recent fedora 4 rpm update seems to have broken my gd2 images on the
status page - I now get all the right details, but just an empty square
- no image.
gd2 images are where they are supposed to be.
Any ideas?

No need for couple of good books on programming and a few hundred hours
After creating a hostextinfo.cfg file when I hover over hosts on the
status map, the manufacturer icons correctly display in the popup,
however, I still see question mark icons on the status map for each host.
If anyone knows why this is so and how to correct it I would be much
obliged.
The statusmap_image has to be a gd2 file.
