There's a cut in SWM4

Cable shunt fault developed on SMW4 segment 4.1 (Egypt / Alexandria –
Branching Unit #4A onward France / Marseilles) at 07:15GMT on 14-Apr. 2010.
However the shunt fault has further deteriorated and the cable segment was
down at 10:03GMT.
Making every effort to not pimp my employer (pccw), I would say that
the Equinix in HK is good and they have a decent equinix direct
product (one bill to pay). If you're looking more for a managed
colo, pccw owns powerbase which does that sort of thing. HKCOLO is
good but space is hard to come
