We are getting multiple alerts for a mix of our and customers prefixes.
Could someone from HE tell if they started filtering yet ?

We do a lot with Extreme in our own ISP network, I would recommend them in any

We have a full purple network, so my answer for this would be Extreme Networks.
Check out the Lipis report on the X670 / x670v 48 port 10G 1U switches.

what is your point ?
As an ex-Extreme employee making such strong statements, while you don't know
the current status at customers, it may be best to ask who is using it and how,
instead of acting like a grumpy ex-employee.
Feel free to ask about our setup.

Hi Michael,
Our smokeping shows a similar thing.
http://smokeping.a2b-internet.com/smokeping/?target=US.HE
A lot of packetloss around the 30th / 1st on IPv4 while V6 was unaffected.
Their support stated it was a fibercut in the usa somewhere.
From Amsterdam all shows good and green again.
Perhaps not a tool as in software, but clearly something that you might want
to have a look at :
Ixia and Spirent devices ... Those are mostly used for applications like
generating different kind of traffic.

Hi Chris,
I've send an email to the person I know within STC responsible for
international transit.
Let's hope he can assist.

there are current / active
upstreams / peers.
From where I stand it doesn't surprise me that your upstreams don't want to
advertize it and if they would, don't be surprised if some networks filter
your prefixes regardless if you are listed on a shady list on Spamhaus.

Hi Denis,
If Portnap doesn't / won't assist in this matter, you can send an abuse
message to both Tinet and NTT and have them reject the prefixes on their
ingress port.
They will probably only do that in case you have your AS record and route
objects correctly documented and can actually
Hi Denis,
That is exactly why you might want to send an abuse msg to Tinet and NTT as
they as accepting the prefixes fromm Portnap.

Hi Iljitsch,
The switches from Extreme Networks do MLD and MLD snooping, I know for sure on
the x450's and up, probably below that line as well.

Could you provide insight in why you are specifically looking for a Cisco
