Comcast contact for wholesale ethernet/local loop

Does anyone know the name, or have contact information for the department within Comcast that handles carriers looking to purchase local access, etc? Normally this would be the carrier or wholesale group, but either of their websites seem to be aligned to the services we are looking for? Thank yo
