I was told this was a Level3 router leaking bad routes into Verizon, and was
told the problem is now resolved.

I've gotten word that some people on Verizon DSL in the Philly
Yes, all our traffic was dying over at UUNet, yet it was still being
announced it. It just came up before I could send anything to outages.
