Almost always direct upgrade works. If you ask TAC, they will likely suggest a formal process and you'll be doing many upgrades, which itself isn't actually something that is guaranteed to work (like in WRL9 case, but that is vmhost RE, not yours). And like Jordan said, you are out of resources
