The entire packet-pipeline is in software. IPFIX is not sampled, it's
1:1 only AFAIK. It's also lacking some features, meaning you'd need to

FANT-F card lacks EoMPLS/ATOM/VPLS/E-VPN capabilities. I only use QinQ
on its 4*10Gbps uplink ports.
Any 80Gbps capable PE router would be fine, though. I choose the
Mikrotik CRR1072 for its price and density.

On the financial aspects, well, it's surprisingly cheap as soon as you
have to scale past the chinese pizabox OLTs. Over 9 trees out of a
