Comcast mail admin contact?
We are having trouble that seems to look like we are being throttled from one of our production nets to Comcast's pop3 service (mail.comcast.net). Service appears to work fine from other addresses in our network, just transactions from one of our more active production source IPs seems to progress like molasses or sometimes connections time out completely though we are not experiencing any packet loss so it looks like throttling of some sort. If there's someone from Comcast or someone else on the list who could point me to the proper contact for admin of that service, I'd be much obliged. It is having significant impact on some of their users who reach them via our services. G
Comcast Mail Admin
Apologies to the list for the noise, but if there's a clueful Comcast mail admin on list, can you please get in touch with me off list? My employer's network is having problems sending mail to your domain, and several attempts to clear it up using the Blocked Provider Request Form have failed (it looks like the comments I provided on the form aren't being read, as the link I provided to some of our log snippets showing the problem hasn't been hit). Thanks! - Peter Kristolaitis http://www.comcastsupport.com/rbl
Paging a Comcast mail admin...
Paging a Comcast mail admin... can you please contact me offlist about one of our mail servers being blocked? It appears your systems have blocklisted one of our outbound customer mail filters, 204.16.46.3, most likely due phishing email originating from a customer account that was compromised (and locked down) 2 days ago. I've tried the request form located at http://www.comcastsupport.com/Forms/NET/blockedprovider.asp, but it's not accepting my input (timing out). I've also tried a couple of phone contacts, but that lead to them telling me that I need to talk to [my] ISP. Any help would be appreciated.
