CLI is really similar to IOS. But be ready, their documentation suck
balls big time, and some of it usually unavailable in open internet.

The pricing and feature set for Huawei's
commented that it doesn't mix well with Cisco - I would
throw in that that's probably only based on the fact that Huawei does not
support PVST.
