--- Begin Message --- Its been long delayed but I've finally uploaded a rc3 for the 0.83 release. John Barstow became snowed under with work at his real job so I picked this up on his behalf. The only change from rc2 is the inclusion of the tests directory. ie it does *not* include the recent solution task changes. Basically I just wanted to have a release up there that builds and runs and then we can kill the 0.83 branch and move onto 0.84.
Please have a bash a it and barring any major issues we should be able to make it the final 0.83.
