I've added support for localised resx compilation for the .net compiler
tasks. The following build snippet:
csc output =foobar.exe
...
resources
includes name=*.resx /
includes name=*.fr.resx /
includes name=*.en-AU.resx /

Yep. The caching issue is actually on my machine though. That is where the
new files are. I guess the sf.net cache hasn't been updated by me; since
that is a manual process :)
The nightly build has the latest changes, but it failed last night because
of sf.net connection problems.
