I finally got this working 1 time yesterday and now I keep getting the
following error. Would anyone know what would be causing this and some
idea on how to isolate the issue?

The default behavior of the copy task is that file write times for the
source file are reflected at the destination.
Is there a way to change the behavior of the copy task such that the last
file write time for the destination file is set to the current time?
Is there a separate task in Nant
touch?
