True. This is but the case with all tests since the beginning
*except* on Linux. On Mac it always tests the installed libs
instead of the development ones because Mac OSX does not define
LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Instead it defines DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH!
So there is more that just nsproxy libs not being correctly tested.
So we must fix more than anticipated...


Yeah, this has always been the case.  It's not just an nsproxy problem.

LD_LIBRARY_PATH does not override the rpath which is burnt into the
libraries and programs. I think there is a way around this, somehow...
