If you listen on 0.0.0.0 then it does not matter what IP address is or
changed, it will accept it anyway, i used to run nsd on my home computer
with frequently changing dynamic IP, no problem.
Never tried sleep mode though.

I ran wget against panoptic WIki and post-processed html files into
wiki_html, only content is extracted(thanks to well formatted Wiki source)
