Peace with God Through Our Lord Jesus Christ

(Phil 4:7-9 KJV)
 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding,
shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
 {8} Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest,
 whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report;
if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
 {9} Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: a
nd the God of peace shall be with you.
-----------------------------------------------
SPIRITUAL PEACE,  The sense of well-being and fulfillment that comes from God and is dependent on His presence;
prosperity:--oneness quietness, rest;

Peace: In a general sense, a state of quiet or tranquillity; freedom from disturbance or agitation; applicable to society, to individuals, or to the temper of the mind.  Freedom from agitation or disturbance by the passions, as from fear, terror, anger, anxiety or the like; quietness of mind; tranquillity; calmness; quiet of conscience. Heavenly rest; the happiness of heaven. silence or quiet; as, peace to this troubled soul. To be at peace, to be reconciled; to live in harmony.
To make peace, to reconcile, as parties at variance.
----------------------------------------------

(Col 3:13-17 KJV)
 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another,
if any man have a quarrel against any:
even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
 {14} And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
 {15} And let the peace of God rule in your hearts,
to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
{16} Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom;
 teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,
singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
{17} And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus,
 giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

(Num 6:24-26 KJV)
  The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
 {25} The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
{26} The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

(Job 22:21-23 KJV)
Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.
{22} Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.
 {23} If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up,
thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

(Psa 85:8-13 KJV)
I will hear what God the LORD will speak:
for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints:
but let them not turn again to folly.
 {9} Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.
{10} Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
{11} Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.
 {12} Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.
{13} Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.

(Isa 26:3-4 KJV)
  Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee:
 because he trusteth in thee.
{4} Trust ye in the LORD for ever:
for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

(Isa 48:16-18 KJV)
 Come ye near unto me, hear ye this;
I have not spoken in secret from the beginning;
from the time that it was, there am I:
and now the Lord GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me.
{17} Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel;
I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit,
which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.
 {18} O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments!
then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:

(Isa 55:11-12 KJV)
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth:
 it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please,
and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
{12} For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace:
the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing,
and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

(Isa 57:19-21 KJV)
I create the fruit of the lips;
Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD;
and I will heal him.
{20} But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest,
whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
 {21} There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.

(Jer 33:6 KJV)
 Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them,
and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

(Luke 1:74-79 KJV)
That He{God} would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies
might serve him without fear,
{75} In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
{76} And thou, child,{Jesus} shalt be called the prophet of the Highest:
for thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways;
 {77} To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins,
{78} Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us,
{79} To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death,
to guide our feet into the way of peace.

(John 14:26-28 KJV)
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name,
he shall teach you all things,
and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
 {27} Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you:
not as the world giveth, give I unto you.
Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
 {28} Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you.
 If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father:
 for my Father is greater than I.

(John 16:33 KJV)
 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace.
In the world ye shall have tribulation:
 but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

(John 17:1-3 KJV)
These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said,
 Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
{2} As thou hast given him power over all flesh,
that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
 {3} And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God,
and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

(Rom 5:1-8 KJV)
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
 {2} By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand,
 and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
{3} And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also:
 knowing that tribulation worketh patience; {4} And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
{5} And hope maketh not ashamed;
because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
{6} For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
 {7} For scarcely for a righteous man will one die:
yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
 {8} But God commendeth his love toward us,
in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

(Rom 8:5-11 KJV)
 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh;
but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
 {6} For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
{7} Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:
for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
{8} So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
 {9} But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit,
if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you.
Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
 {10} And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin;
but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
{11} But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you,
 he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies
 by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

(Rom 14:17-19 KJV)
 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink;
but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
{18} For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.
{19} Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace,
and things wherewith one may edify another.

(Rom 15:13 KJV)
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,
that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

(Gal 5:19-26 KJV)
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these;
Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
{20} Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
 {21} Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like:
 of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past,
 that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
 {22} But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, {23} Meekness, temperance:
against such there is no law.
 {24} And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
{25} If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
{26} Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

(Col 3:12-17 KJV)
Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies,
kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
{13} Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another,
 if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
 {14} And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
 {15} And let the peace of God rule in your hearts,
to the which also ye are called in one body;
and be ye thankful.
{16} Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom;
teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,
 singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
{17} And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus,
 giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

(Heb 13:20-21 KJV)
 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus,
that great shepherd of the sheep,
through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
 {21} Make you perfect in every good work to do his will,
working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight,
 through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

(Rev 1:4-8 KJV)
John to the seven churches which are in Asia:
 Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come;
and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;
 {5} And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness,
and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth.
Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
{6} And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father;
to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
{7} Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him,
and they also which pierced him:
and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him.
Even so, Amen.
{8} I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord,
 which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
