I've done an important refactoring and fixed many of the issues in my local

I support a release and would like the (new) geomap widget to be in it.
What is needed for this widget to attain the appropriate status?

Hi,
Sorry my comments are a bit late (Easter holiday/Spring break).
From the consumer perspective, I agree that a table summarizing the
purpose, features and state of widgets is important. I think a table

- one-liner

Hi Wim and Ralf,
In the context of the new GeoMap widget and viewer I've been thinking of
how to support RAP. I can imagine that some API methods, like panning

Wim,
All the errors seems to be due to missing JFace classes. There's an
optional dependency on JFace, isn't JFace present when building? Or is
there an error with the dependency?

Wim,
I don't have much experience moving stuff from a source repo to a
target. What I usually have done is clone the target repo and manually
move folders and files from the source to the target and push (back).
However, this does not preserve the commits performed on the source,

Hi,
We need to decide the naming of 1) the project component, 2) the widget
and 3) the viewer. IMO, the best would be to find a common name for 1)
and 2) and append Viewer to make 3), e.g. map, Map and MapViewer.
However, using just map for 1) and 2) may suggest the control is for Map
