Jon, I have re-downloaded that zip and it looks all right. Opened it with winrar and directly from windows explorer. To download I have used that 'private window' option in my browser to be sure it's not about permissions. Please try once more. If it sill doesn't work I will figure out another

Marcin, I did get it downloaded. I was initially trying to use my Chrome browser when the invalid zip file messages started, but I had to go to IE which worked. Then I got the Dropbox prompting for my account password. It downloaded fine and I am able to open it now. That was weird. Thx, Jon
