In some nixie tubes like the LC-513 there is a dot to the left of the
digits, see for instance
here: http://www.tube-tester.com/sites/nixie/data/lc-513.htm , the LC-513A
doesn't have this dot. However on a few of the LC-513 and LC-513A that I
have the dot can light up on the right hand side ins
The HV5122 is a completely different animal than the 74141/K155; it has a
built-in shift register which seems to be a common, and very useful feature
of the HV55xx device family.

A long time ago I was told by a Russian person (don't remember his name and
can't find any emails, sorry, Outlook has crashed a few times since then)
that the tube named IN-19B was in fact an IN-26 Polyatron with a purple
shine. But comparing the old picture I have to the pictures in the auction
I have edited the first schematic and added a 1Meg resistor and some bypass
caps.
I also placed a 5.5k anode resistor, that one i have read out from a
Philips datasheet. I think Valvo and Philips ZM1200 are the same!

Was about to start a thread about them, you were faster.
The "IN-19B" is sold now.. * :( *
I also wondered why it is printed "IN-19B", which usually is a small symbol
nixie in the size of IN14
Does anyone knows when the "normal" IN-19B" started production? The date
code on the strange tube
I saw them earlier today and had exactly the same thought about the IN-19B
tube! Even downloaded the images to take a closer look and see if it was a
misread. Even odder, it's the same manufacturer makes both tubes with this
designation (Gazotron).
Thrillingly expensive stuff!

Hi folks, have you seen these bad boys?

I have never seen these tubes before, and the weirdest thing is that the
first one is called "IN-19B" which is in name conflict with the
well-known IN-19B special symbol Nixie
I was surprised that this works when I took the pictures you referred
to, but I am not sure if it is not mentioned somewhere. Jens

Hi,
I've seen pictures where the top of the "poles" (or however they're
called?) which hold the digits are driven either together or one at a time.
Here is the GS-4 as an example :

Has anyone seen a datasheet or other source
